Zone 7: Alaska
If your state is not listed above, please do check with us anyway; state laws are changing all the time, and we are always trying to add states to this list.
Danza del Sol Winery complies with all federal, state and local laws regarding sale of alcohol to minors. We're sorry we don't make the rules. You must be 21 years of age or older to order wine from us, and by law you must ship the wine to a place where adult signature (21 years old or older with proper identification of age) will receive it. If no one is available to receive the package, additional attempts to deliver will be made. If these attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the shipping department it originated from.
All orders are shipped via the best possible manner depending on your location. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Due to international shipping restrictions, we do not ship to locations abroad.
If weather between us and you gets really hot (or really cold) we will hold packages until the heat wave (cold snap) passes. This may delay your shipment for a week or more. Please contact us if you want us to ship sooneruring unusually hot or cold weather, we tend to not ship wine, or we ship only if your order will arrive by Friday. We do this to preserve the quality of our wines and ensure they arrive to you in premium condition.

You may order wine to be picked up at the winery during regular Tasting Room business hours (11:00am to 6pm) seven days a week.
All wines are sold in California and title passes to buyer in California. We make no representation as to the legal right of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. By placing an order with us, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
