Danza del Sol Winery, located on the De Portola Wine Trail, is looking for the right candidate to join our tasting room staff.

Duties will include:

• Convey a friendly, professional attitude
• Assisting with daily opening and closing duties
• Stocking of wine and wineglasses at the bar and check-in register
• Set up patio
• Assist Tasting Room Associates with packaging purchases
• Maintain cleanliness of patio
• Tasting Room upkeep
• Other duties can include and not limited to glass washing, shipping and stock transfer
• Smiling regularly

 

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work special events (i.e. barrel tastings, wine club pick up partie, etc.)
• Prior cash register experience helpful
• Experience with wine desireable but not essential
• Positive Attitude, good conversational skills and enjoy working with the public

 

Physical Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (40-50 pounds) on a regular basis
• Must be able to stand for extended periods

 

Part-time positions available only, 8 - 20 hours per week. Weekends, holidays and occasional evenings are mandatory.
