Wine Tour & Tasting
Danza del Sol Vineyard and Winery Tour
Join us on a 2.5 hour Educational Vineyard and Winery experience, led by our knowledgeable guide, through a behind-the-scenes tour of the vineyard and winery. Subjects to be taught might include seasonal viticulture practices such as cane pruning, cluster and canopy management, climate and soil composition, along with various topics of enology, barrel aging and bottling. After the tour, your host will guide you through an informative introduction to wine appreciation and tasting from Danza del Sol’s extensive menu.
Included:
- Tasting of 3 pre-selected wines while on tour
- Semi-Private Wine tasting class that educates guests on different flavors, grapes and vintages
- Tasting of 7 wines during class, including 2 pre-released wines
- Appetizer plate of cheese, crackers, fruit and chocolate
